Developer Building It, Solo
Blood banks, hospitals, and NGOs need to know who their donors are, reach them fast, and keep supply matched to demand. HopeAlert handles the coordination so your staff can focus on patients.
Post an urgent blood need and reach every eligible, available donor in your network at once β instead of calling down a list.
Keep every donor's blood type, eligibility date, and contact details in one place, organized and searchable by your staff.
Each organization's donor data is kept separate from every other organization on HopeAlert β nothing is shared or pooled without your consent.
Track blood type availability and donor counts in real time, so your team can plan drives before a shortage becomes a crisis.
Whether you run one clinic or a network of hospitals, HopeAlert scales to fit how your organization is structured.
HopeAlert is free for blood banks, hospitals, and NGOs β no license fees or per-donor charges to manage your network.
Get your organization set up on HopeAlert and start coordinating donors in a few steps.
Create your organization's account and get a private, branded space for your donor network.
Register existing and new donors with blood type, eligibility, and contact details in your donor tracker.
When supply runs short, post a request and reach every matching, eligible donor in your network at once.
Monitor donor availability and response in real time so your staff can plan ahead, not scramble.
Whether you're O negative or AB positive, your blood type is valuable.
HopeAlert is a new platform β we don't have partner organizations yet, but here's what it's designed to solve for the ones who join first.
Cut emergency response time by knowing instantly who's eligible to donate β no more calling around in the middle of the night hoping someone answers.
Replace scattered spreadsheets with one system β every donor, every unit, every 90-day cycle tracked in one place.
Keep your organization's donor list private and isolated, even while running mobile drives across multiple districts.
Pay $0, $10, $49 or anything in between. The workspace is identical at every price, and nobody is turned away.
Applications are reviewed within 48 hours, whatever you choose.

HopeAlert is a free system built for blood banks, hospitals, and NGOs that need a simple way to manage their donors and handle emergency blood requests. Launched in 2026 by a single developer, here's the story and the person behind it.
HopeAlert is built for blood banks, hospitals, and NGOs that need a simple system to manage donors and handle emergency blood requests. It's a young platform β built solo, starting from scratch β looking for its first organizations to partner with.
To give every blood bank, hospital, and NGO the tools to manage donors and respond to emergencies, free of cost.
A world where every organization, regardless of size or budget, can coordinate its donors as effectively as the largest hospital network.
Each organization gets its own private, isolated donor data β HopeAlert never shares or pools it across organizations without consent.
HopeAlert is new β built from a real emergency, not a business plan. Here's where it started.
HopeAlert isn't run by a large team or a decades-old NGO. It's built and maintained by one self-taught developer who believes life-saving software shouldn't depend on a budget.
HopeAlert is powered by the generosity of individuals, corporates, and foundations. Every donation β big or small β directly funds blood banking operations.
Pick a payment method, send your gift, then enter the transaction ID below. We check each payment by hand before it counts and appears on the honour board. Every taka goes to blood banking operations.
Your name and message are public unless you choose βRemain anonymousβ. Your email and transaction ID are never displayed.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. Please read this carefully.
